.....but now that you're here, you're beautiful!
It took awhile for Spring to arrive in my area. We had snow last week!

Some signs of Spring in my own 'backyard'....Upstate New York
Laundry hanging on the line....
Horses grazing in the green fields.....
A fully bloomed tree in the middle of the wintered over trees.....
Oh, the Forsythia!
My favorite kind of sign....
A carpet of lavender flowers.....
A cheery store front....
Getting the fields ready for planting corn...
Just a few of my favorite Spring things......
What do you love about Spring?

I am linking up with these great blog parties:
I love ALL those things and the Lilacs!!! Thanks for stopping by Colletta's Kitchen Sink!
ReplyDeleteI love the kelly green color of trees leafing out, with dark black trunks, after a rain! I love spring, and I love seeing your first signs of spring. I am thoroughly enjoying what seems to be a longer spring here, and ours also arrived late. Better late than never, right??!
ReplyDeleteHi AnnMarie, love your spring pics. The blooming tree in the middle of the winter trees is a great shot. Love the store front window . What beautiful views of the countryside too. You live in a pretty area. Thanks for sharing also for stopping by and your comment.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Hugs, CM
I'm happy to hear spring has finally sprung for you! What gorgoeus scenery surrounds you! I love that store window! So adorable...:) Have a great Friday and weekend. I hope you find some great yard sales!!!
ReplyDeleteYay for Spring finally arriving where you are! It looks beautiful. The forsythia's are so beautiful, I've been thinking about buying one of those bushes for my yard. I wish we had a clothes line, we used to at our other house but not at this house. I like the shot of your red barn, so nice!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,
Gina
Oh how lovely, a slice of heaven! We just do not get the gorgeous Spring that you do.
ReplyDeleteYou know I grew up in Idaho, so it gets super cold there and the cold Winter lends itself to beautiful, glorious Springs! Love the forsythia blooms, I had one by my bedroom window as a girl growing up.
Enjoyed your visit today, I am happy to know you love wreaths too!
Hugs,
Jemma
Gorgeous pics of Spring's debut in your neck of the woods, AnnMarie. I love the shock of bright yellow of the forsythia against all the muddy green, and the clothes hanging on the line in front of that red barn. What a lovely area you live in!!

I love all your spring things, all the colour and vibrancy, lovely.

We are still quite chilly here near Boston. But, no more snow thank goodness!! We broke records this winter getting about 112 inches and it didn't even start till mid January!
ReplyDeleteSpring is late here, too! Your photos make me happy!
ReplyDeleteOh Spring, how I love thee.... Your photos embrace the beauty of this season, my friend. I have been hanging the clothes out on the line and they smell so good! And how I adore seeing the blossoms on the trees :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing with Roses of Inspiration - you know I love having you at the party. Hugs!
I love all your favorite things. Especially the one with the lone tree in full bloom surrounded by all the green.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing pics of Spring in your area of the our country. I also look forward to the forsythia blooming - when I see the pretty yellow blooms, I know my favorite time of the year is here.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend.
Glenda
Spring may be late, but it looks like it has arrived in all its glory.
ReplyDeleteSo glad that Spring finally found you Ann Marie! It certainly is gorgeous! Spring is my favorite season and one of the things I love most is all of the threes in blossom! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
